Vendor Registration Now Open!

The PumpkinFest Harvest Market runs both days Saturday & Sunday from 11 AM - 5 PM.

Just like PumpkinFest admission is free and features the comeback of some of the surrounding cities favourite farmers market vendors. Plus, local businesses and out-of-town stores also exhibit bringing over 100+ vendors for a weekend to shop and support local.

Vendor fees are non-refundable 30 day before the start of the event.

There are no refunds on Wooden Market and Full Service Food & Beverage Vendors as a significant cost to third party rental companies charges applies.

Pump it Up 5K Pumpkin Run/Walk

Pumpkinfest is workin' it! Stay tuned at the end of August as we work with city official to coordinate the Pump it Up 5K Pumpkin Run/Walk

Registration fee will be $30 for Adults and Free for Kids under the Age of 18. Registration fee help offset the complimentary admission for children and includes Race Bib, Certificate of Participation, Snack Cart and Shirt for all who register ages 5 and up.

Costumes or orange attire are encouraged to add some fun! Prizes and Medals will be awarded for top 10 finishers in each category.

Pump it Up 5K is family friendly and will take place on the Sunday of each festival day.

Runaway Pumpkin Race

Kids, Ladies & Gentleman, start your engines…

The Runaway Pumpkin brings yet another way to utilize and decorate a pumpkin. Spectators and contestants will enjoy the “soapbox-styled” pumpkin-car race! A perfect bonding opportunity for parents, sibling, couples, friends, coworkers or even a friendly business challenge.

A limit of 100 Pumpkins in Each Category with 72 registered and 28 walk-ups avaialble.

• Cost: $15.00 per pumpkin kit and includes a Race Bib per particpants

• Runaway Pumpkin will take place on the Saturday of PumpkinFest

Pre-Registration is required in order to design, time and staff racecourse.

Come to the Seed stop to get necessary equipment to race and then decorate your pumpkin at home prior to race. The cost is $15 per Pumpkin. No markups. We provide all of the hardware. Thanks to our community business volunteers we will drill holes, install tires and axles to your pumpkin-car. All registrants must use our provided tires and axles.

Cost also includes 1 Runaway Race Bib, Photo and Certificate of Participation.

Pumpkin Soapbox Derby

"Oh what fun it is to ride... in a Pumpkin Derby Race!"

PumpkinFest is currently looking for 12 businesses or generous people to sponsor 12 soapbox cars for our Pumpkin Soapbox Derby.

Cost of $1500 per cart. Includes professional company purchase, built, paint, logo of sponsor, race area parameters, helmets and gear.

The Pumpkin Soapbox Derby registration will only open if sponsorship is achieved. With priority of racers given to sponsors first.

Sponsorship Deadline is August 31, 2026 to allow time for shipping and production.
